Amodels Hobby ships orders from the United States using USPS and FedEx.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping service selected. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed before you complete your order.
Order Processing
We normally process in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take additional time.
Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, available services may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, and other available carrier services.
Available services depend on the destination and package.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries through USPS and FedEx.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Amodels Hobby.
Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the shipping label is created.
Delivery Times
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Amodels Hobby. Weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
